Sandra Zuker

Sandra holds a pre-doctorate degree in Business Law and Economic Law (class 1995) and graduated from the Institute of Business Law (class 1994) at the Paris II Panthéon Assas University. Sandra previously worked as a partner in Brunswick Law Firm where she was in charge of the Corporate & Fund department.

Sandra specializes in corporate law, private equity, and mergers & acquisitions, areas where she acts both as an advisor and a litigator.

She has extensive experience in the creation and approval of venture capital funds and private equity investment management companies, which she assists in their regulatory follow-up and their investment operations.

She also advises CEO of start-ups and SMEs at all stages of the life of their company, and more particularly in their legal structuring and fundraising with business angels and professional investors.

Sandra has also developed expertise in partner disputes and post-acquisition litigation.
