Philippe Zambrowski

Philippe Zambrowski is more particularly in charge of the Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Insolvency activities within the firm.

For more than 15 years, his practice has been focusing mainly on pre-litigation and litigation aspects, including insolvency matters, as well as alternative modes of resolution such as mediation.

Philippe also works in the area of business acquisitions and the negotiation of inter-company cooperation contracts (distribution agreements, licenses, franchises).

As part of the firm’s international development, Philippe is in charge of the office of Pact Avocats located in the Indian Ocean, in Mauritius. There, he assists companies in their economic relations with France, or, conversely, French companies operating in this part of the world.
