Cédric Beaudeux

Cédric Beaudeux is a civil and commercial laws specialist.

Cédric supervises the activity “Commercial contracts” of our firm and co-leads the activity “Litigation and arbitration”.

He assists both French and international clients.

Before co-founding PACT AVOCATS, Cédric has been a senior legal counsel in the space industry for 8 years for EUTELSAT, where he notably led the transformation of EUTELSAT from an intergovernmental organization into a French private company. He was also responsible for the main industrial supply contracts as well as international commercial contracts.

His thesis, entitled “Causality, the basis for a general theory of civil liability” has been published.
