Graduated from University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, LLM in business law, Benjamin used to work from 2002 to 2010 in the Paris and London offices of law firms Ashurst, Allen & Overy and Weil Gotshal and Manges.

In 2011, he became a partner at Frieh Bouhénic law firm.

Benjamin focuses on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on leveraged acquisitions (leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and management buyouts (MBOs)). Benjamin has extensive experience representing private equity and corporate institutions. His practice generally includes LBOs, MBOs, capital financings, acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations, recapitalizations and divestitures.

Benjamin has also extensive experience representing domestic and international corporate and private equity institutions in financing, mezzanine and unitranche debt.
